To order from VERO. You must have a credit card account and order via PayPal. You must be over 18 years of age. The personal details that you provide are governed by a strict privacy policy. Please see the privacy section.

Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and V. Goods Ltd reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

 

Warranty

 

Clients should be aware that all chocolate products are made by hand and small discrepancies should be anticipated even in the same batch of products

 

Our chocolate should be always stored in dry area at room temperature (approximate between 16 to 21(c) and out of direct sunlight. We highly recommend you to consume our chocolate before the expiry date which printed on the box.

 

We strive to make sure that your order to arrive in perfect condition. If you find your items are not in good condition, please notify us of the problem with the invoice within 14 working days after your receipt of your items. We shall replace any defect due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship

The defect arises because the Buyer failed to follow the Seller’s oral or written instructions as to storage, use or maintenance of the Goods.
